• Prior to your first appointment, I will email you a Covid 19 questionnaire and premises agreement form to complete before treatment which you can email back to me or bring with you.

• Please arrive on time for your treatment wearing clean, loose comfortable clothing which includes socks and long sleeves.

• Please enter through the red door at rear of barn.  I will open the door and welcome you into the freshly aired downstairs treatment space.

​

• Please bring your own large sheet, blanket and any cushions you require to support yourself during treatment.
